Fall Trend Alert: Velvet!
I was sooo excited when I read about this in a magazine somewhere. And a week or so later I saw this in the J Crew catalog:

Problem is, I don't know how I would wear it. :( And I don't think I would pay $168 to have it hang in my closet. *grin* But the thought is nice.

The green velvet jacket is lovely! And perhaps not too difficult to sew. Though I don't often sew velvet, so I'm probably wrong about that. ;)
