Oxfords

I've recently fallen in love with oxfords. So vintage. Don't know why it took me so long to jump on the bandwagon. :)

Taylor Swift  wears oxfords quite a lot, often paired with sweet sundresses. My favorites:

Here Taylor's wearing oxfords with heels, and a sunny Mod Cloth dress. Cuteness! 

 A sweet lace dress and cut-out, high heeled oxfords.

Stripes! This is the most unusual pairing, but I think the leather and yellow scarf brighten the otherwise black and gray outfit.

I've been shopping around online for a pair of my own. Since these are fashion shoes, I'm looking for a cheap version, just for a few wearings.

Ruche's new lookbook is out! It's entitled "Unending Love", and reminds me so much of those lovely summer evenings.

I love the vintage inspired dresses and skirts, the hair and make up, and the adorable bicycle and umbrella they used for props. Sweetness :)

Floral

I was in Bath and Body Works the other day, and I love their floral collections! To be specific, I love the cute sundresses their models wear for the collections! Lots of florals.

Country Chic collection:

Sweater on top, a wide belt, a checked blouse underneath and a really cute tulle skirt! Plus, there were "flowers" hanging from the ceiling above the displays.

There was another cute sundress, a pink floral print one for the Japanese Cherry Blossom collection, but I can't find any online pictures to show you! Too bad. It was even sorta vintage looking.

p.s. No, I totally did NOT forget to post about Easter! It's just that getting my pictures on the blog has been time consuming lately, and we had guests that weekend... and this weekend. And of course on Easter I was in church, and then cooking, and then we ate and took a walk....So I'll try to post a belated one. :)
